UKG WFM Engineer - REMOTE

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a UKG Pro WFM Engineer for a top retail client. This individual will join a large enterprise workforce management team supporting a complex employee population across North America. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who can quickly integrate into an established team, work independently, and execute against an active backlog of initiatives. This role will focus heavily on UKG Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Attendance, while providing additional value through UKG integration expertise. Candidates with experience supporting large-scale organizations and developing integrations using Boomi, APIs, and UKG's developer ecosystem will stand out. This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact within a highly visible workforce management environment while contributing to strategic workforce technology initiatives. This position pays between $40-50/hour.

Skills and Requirements

Strong UKG Pro WFM experience Hands-on experience with: UKG Timekeeping UKG Scheduling UKG Attendance Ability to work independently with minimal direction Proven experience executing against an existing backlog Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting large-scale organizations (25,000+ employees preferred benchmark) Engineering/execution-focused mindset rather than advisory or consulting-focused approach UKG Integrations expertise Boomi integration experience Experience working with UKG APIs Familiarity with UKG Developer Portal Ability to advise technical teams on API and integration strategy Experience supporting enterprise workforce management environments at significant scale Experience supporting both U.S. and Canadian employee populations
