Health plan enrollment experience (most important)
Experience processing member applications, eligibility, or enrollment changes
Experience working in a regulated healthcare environment
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency

Job Summary

The Medicare Enrollment Analyst I plays a key role in supporting daily enrollment operations for CenCal Healths D-SNP product line.

Works collaboratively to deliver a high-quality member experience through precise and timely enrollment processes
Duties and Responsibilities
- The Medicare Enrollment Analyst I plays a key role in supporting daily enrollment operations for CenCal Healths D-SNP product line duties include but not limited to:
Responsible for managing returned mail
Processing demographic changes, and
Resolving enrollment fallout queues to ensure accurate and compliant enrollment records in accordance with CMS guidelines.
- Works collaboratively to deliver a high-quality member experience through precise and timely enrollment processes; duties include, but not limited to:
Works together with sales to answer and assist completion of missing application information.
Works with customer service to ensure any enrollment or eligibility questions are answered.
Alerts manager or Enrollment Analyst if/when any system or quality issues arise.

This is a Contract position based out of Santa Barbara, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.17 - $38.19/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
