Primary Function
Our client is seeking a Senior UX Designer to create intuitive, scalable, accessible, and customer-centered B2B digital experiences. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business teams to design solutions that balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in designing and delivering complex B2B applications, with expertise in UX research, interaction design, accessibility standards, and AI-enhanced design workflows.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences from discovery through production-ready solutions.
Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Develop scalable UX solutions for dashboards, data visualizations, workflows, forms, navigation systems, and complex data-rich applications.
Conduct and incorporate user research, usability testing, analytics, and customer feedback to validate designs.
Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of enterprise design systems.
Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation and conduct design quality assurance reviews.
Apply accessibility and inclusive design best practices in alignment with WCAG standards.
Identify edge cases, error states, and alternative user scenarios to improve user experience outcomes.
Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance research, ideation, prototyping, documentation, and design workflows.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Work effectively within Agile teams while supporting Lean UX methodologies.
Skills & Qualifications
Must be able to work EST hours - Tri-state Area preferred
Portfolios are required for all submissions.
Minimum 5 years of experience designing responsive web applications.
Proven experience designing and launching B2B digital products.
Strong expertise: User research, Journey mapping, Information architecture, Wireframing and prototyping, Interaction design, Usability testing
Experience designing dashboards, workflows, forms, and data-intensive user experiences.
Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG compliance.
Experience working within established design systems.
Advanced proficiency with Figma.
Experience leveraging AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Figma AI, or similar technologies within UX/UI workflows.
Understanding of AI-assisted experiences and responsible AI principles.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile environments and applying Lean UX methodologies.
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and balance competing priorities.
Experience designing within large enterprise organizations.
Experience building, managing, or evolving design systems.
Service Design experience.
Experience designing AI-powered products, copilots, or conversational experiences.
Front-end development experience utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of UX design experience focused on responsive web applications and digital product design.
Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-level B2B digital experiences from concept through implementation.
Portfolio showcasing UX process, design thinking, and successful product outcomes is required.
