Job Description:
Location: 908 N. Elm St., Ste. 404, Hinsdale IL 60521
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5pm, Fri 8am-4:30pm

Administers, monitors, and reprograms medical devices to ensure proper functionality and patient safety.

Educates patients regarding procedures and addresses their concerns about medical devices.

Communicates patient concerns regarding devices to physicians for further evaluation and action.
-
Maintains accurate documentation of reported information and performs additional clerical duties as assigned.

Coordinates with healthcare professionals to optimize device performance and patient outcomes.
-
Support device clinic functions.
-
Download and interpret transmissions identifying rhythm issues and urgency.

Manage patient follow up.
-
Assist with clerical duties including data entry and filing charts.

Troubleshoot connectivity issues with patients.
Education:
- High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Field of Study:
-
Grad or Equiv
-
HS/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
Work Experience:
- 2+ years related experience with cardiac devices or telemetry [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
