Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an AI Developer for a leading technology-focused client. This individual will play a key role in developing and enhancing AI-driven applications using Python and modern Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience building research-focused solutions that can be translated into scalable application features, along with a solid understanding of vector-store technologies and foundational AWS cloud concepts. Responsibilities include hands-on coding, technical documentation, code reviews, and collaboration with a broader development team to create innovative AI-powered products. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity offering exposure to cutting-edge AI initiatives while working alongside experienced engineers and technical leaders.

Skills and Requirements

Must-Haves: Strong Python development experience Experience with at least one Agentic AI framework (LangChain experience not specifically required) Ability to transfer Agentic AI framework knowledge to new frameworks Understanding of vector store concepts, including creation, generation, and usage Experience with research-oriented work applied to application or feature development Foundational AWS knowledge and cloud familiarity Experience writing, reviewing, maintaining, and documenting code/specifications Ability to work full-time in a hybrid environment Plusses: Experience with LangChain or similar Agentic AI frameworks Angular experience React experience Deeper AWS expertise Experience building AI-powered applications in production environments
