Job Description

We are seeking a UI Developer to help modernize and standardize the user experience across multiple enterprise applications. This individual will play a key role in improving front-end architecture, creating a consistent look and feel, and delivering intuitive, scalable user interfaces.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong front-end expertise who can quickly understand existing applications, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive UI strategy and implementation.

Develop, enhance, and maintain web-based applications using modern front-end frameworks Create a consistent user experience across multiple applications and platforms Design and build reusable UI components and front-end standards Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive user interfaces Evaluate existing applications and recommend UI/UX improvements Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to front-end best practices Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues across applications

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of front-end development experience Strong experience with Angular (preferred) or React Experience building and maintaining enterprise-level web applications Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design Experience creating reusable components, style guides, and design consistency across applications Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript Ability to work independently and take ownership of front-end initiatives Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience modernizing legacy applications Experience working with design systems or component libraries Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards Experience collaborating closely with UX designers and product teams Experience in Agile development environments
