Job Description
Sephora is seeking a highly skilled Renderer / Digital Artist to support the creation of compelling visual assets that bring store design concepts, retail environments, fixtures, and merchandising experiences to life. This role will partner closely with Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Architecture, and Creative teams to develop photorealistic renderings and visual presentations that support design decision-making and executive stakeholder reviews. The ideal candidate has a strong background in architectural visualization, image compositing, digital rendering, and post-production. They thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintain exceptional attention to detail while working against tight deadlines.
Skills and Requirements
Create high-quality photorealistic renderings of retail environments, store concepts, fixtures, displays, and customer experience spaces. Transform architectural and design concepts into polished visual assets for internal presentations and stakeholder reviews. Perform advanced post-production, image compositing, color correction, and retouching to enhance render quality and realism. Ensure accurate representation of materials, finishes, lighting conditions, branding elements, and merchandising standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with Store Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, Project Management, and Creative teams to execute design intent. Support multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and timeline expectations. Produce presentation-ready assets for executive reviews, planning meetings, and project approvals. Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently while managing evolving project requirements. Maintain visual standards, quality control processes, and consistency across all rendering deliverables. Contribute to workflow improvements that increase production efficiency and creative output.
