Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks related to tire production, ensuring quality and efficiency in their duties.

Responsibilities

• Unload tires by hand.

• Load tires into chambers for quality purposes.

• Use a crow bar to remove rubber from rims.

• Pull tires from stock.

• Use work orders to guide tasks.

• Manually lift tires and place them on the mono-rail line.

• Remove tread from tires.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production and general labor.

• Ability to lift 75 pounds.

• Strong attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to take direction effectively.

• Experience in machine operation and packaging.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• References that highlight punctuality and attendance.

• Desire to work in a company with opportunities for upward mobility.

• Experience working independently in a manufacturing setting.

This is a Contract position based out of Rice Lake, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
