Position Title: Special Education Paraprofessional

Location: Anoka, Minnesota

Job Type: Full-Time, School-Based

Schedule: Monday–Friday, School Calendar

Start Date: Open Until Filled

We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered Special Education Paraprofessional to join our school team in Minnesota. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs and committed to fostering an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment.

Instructional Support Working with small groups or individual students to review and reinforce lessons .Helping students complete coursework, homework, and makeup work. Preparing classroom materials, visual aids, and learning equipment. Classroom Management & Supervision Monitoring student behavior and encouraging positive social interactions. Supervising students during lunch, recess, field trips, and hallway transitions. Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly learning environment

Minimum Education Required

Required Qualifications

Associate Degree in Child Development or

Pass MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (Must pass MN Para Educator Exam) or

Completed 60 College Credits

Minimum Experience Required

Experience with autism spectrum disorders, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or learning disabilities.
