Job Title

ASC Account Manager - Mobile Surgery Solutions (Southern California)

Job Description:

As the ASC Account Manager - Mobile Surgery Solutions, you will be the primary point of contact for Mobile Surgery decision makers within Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and related outpatient procedural environments. Primarily responsible for Mobile Surgery C-Arms and Services; identify, develop, and close Mobile Surgery opportunities in Philips installed, competitive installed, and new ASC or outpatient procedural environments.

Your role:

  • You will work collaboratively with our Mobile Surgery District Sales Leaders, Mobile Surgery Key Account Managers, Inside Sales Account Managers, Demo Specialists, Clinical Applications Specialists. Services and Solutions teammates.

  • Establish territory growth plans and strategic initiatives and translate them into clear objectives and targets. With a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, including business models, product features, service offerings, and positioning, you will develop and continually refine business strategy for key ASC accounts, customers, and territory to achieve sales targets.

  • Document territory install base related to the solutions represented, establish a plan to address all assigned ASC accounts within the territory including breakthrough competitive accounts, segment strategy and understanding the market potential of your territory.

  • Drive the sales process by uncovering compelling customer events, engaging stakeholders, developing coaches, executing C-Arm demos and escalating as appropriate.

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships that build trust with external and internal customers with emphasis on delivering customer-centric solutions through understanding customer needs and pain points.

You're the right fit if:

  • 5+ years of Capital Equipment sales experience selling directly into the ASC, OR, Radiology, outpatient procedural, orthopedic, spine, pain management, vascular or related surgical environment.

  • Your skills include demonstrated Solution Selling and execution skills in a complex team selling environment.

  • You have a BS/BA Degree in related discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

  • Ability to travel within the assigned geography to support ASC customer meetings, stakeholder engagement, C-Arm demonstrations, and territory development.

  • Must reside within Southern California with the ability to travel overnight up to 75%

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field-based role with a territory of Southern California, Nevada and Arizona . Must be willing to travel- including overnights.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the target Earning potential is $195,000 to $225,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside within commuting distance of Southern California.
