Job Description
A large home healthcare organization is seeking a Security Architect to join its Cybersecurity team. This individual will lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise security controls and defensive capabilities across the organization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Security Architect will assess existing security measures, identify potential weaknesses, and develop solutions that strengthen the organization's overall security posture.
The ideal candidate brings a strong offensive security background and approaches security challenges with an ethical-hacker mindset. This person will leverage expertise in threat modeling, penetration testing, red teaming, and security architecture to evaluate how controls could be bypassed and design more effective safeguards. They will play a key role in both improving existing security controls and building new security capabilities to address evolving threats.
Compensation:
$70hr to $80hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of experience in Security Architecture, Cybersecurity Architecture, or a related security engineering role.
Deep expertise designing, implementing, and improving enterprise security controls.
Hands-on experience with threat modeling, penetration testing, red teaming, or adversary simulation.
Strong understanding of security architecture principles and defensive security strategies.
Ability to think from an attacker's perspective and apply an ethical-hacker mindset to strengthen security controls.
