Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for building, maintaining, and monitoring the data pipelines that support a marketing measurement platforms, including MMM and MTA. You'll work heavily in Snowflake, SQL, AWS S3, and Power Automate to ensure data is accurately collected, processed, and delivered to TransUnion's models. A large portion of the role will focus on data validation, quality audits, and troubleshooting pipeline issues, ensuring that model inputs and outputs align with source data and business requirements. You'll partner with TransUnion and internal analytics teams to investigate data discrepancies, manage vendor-delivered datasets, and support ongoing enhancements to the marketing measurement ecosystem. While you will interact with business stakeholders when needed, the role is primarily focused on technical execution, data integrity, and operational support. This is a 6-month ongoing contract and pays $63-$65hr.

Skills and Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data operations
  • Hands-on Snowflake experience - building and maintaining data solutions
  • AWS S3 exposure
  • Strong SQL experience:
  • Write queries for data transformation, validation, and reconciliation
  • Experience investigating data quality issues and identifying root causes of discrepancies
  • Experience building, monitoring, and supporting automated data pipelines/ETL experience
  • Understanding of how data is extracted, transformed, loaded, and delivered
  • Experience validating source data and performing audits, reconciliations, and quality checks
  • Experience working with externally sourced data and vendors
  • Experience with marketing analytics, MMM, or MTA platforms
  • Familiarity with media, campaign, or marketing data Background in telecommunications, media, advertising, or marketing analytics
