We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented groundskeeper to maintain and enhance the landscaping and outdoor grounds of the BETA Technologies properties. This role is essential to creating a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. This is a full-time, year-round position. You will work hands-on while supervising a junior groundskeeper during the landscaping season. In the off-season, you will work to prepare the grounds for winter and manage some light snow clearing and other general facilities maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining well-manicured facilities and have a strong work ethic.

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

  • Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning of trees and shrubs

  • Plant, mulch, and maintain flower beds and gardens

  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively

  • Maintain parking lots and walkways; sweep and pressure wash as needed

  • Maintain irrigation systems and plant new gra

  • Monitor grounds for maintenance issues and report to supervisor

  • Coordinate with contractors for pest control, tree services, and other specialized maintenance

  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies

  • Perform some snow removal during winter months

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of grounds maintenance or landscaping experience

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Knowledge of turf care, plantings, and landscape maintenance

  • Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment and snowplow

Above & Beyond Qualifications:

  • Experience with commercial property maintenance

  • Foreman or supervisory experience

  • Proficiency with irrigation systems

  • Equipment repair and troubleshooting skills

  • Landscape design experience

The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role. We pay competitively and base compensation on a variety of factors including skills, experience, industry background, and the evolving needs of the role. Compensation $30—$36 USD
