Manager of Strategic Analytics

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Manager of Strategic Analytics to lead a team of analysts focused on solving complex business challenges through data-driven insights and strategic thinking. This individual will partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, evaluate the impact of initiatives and technology investments, develop KPI frameworks, and translate ambiguous business problems into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate has experience managing analysts, driving business strategy through data, and communicating insights to senior stakeholders. This role is best suited for a strategic analytics leader who can connect business initiatives to measurable outcomes rather than a project management or operations-focused professional.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or consulting Experience managing a team of analysts (ideally 2-5+ direct reports) Strong SQL and data analysis skills Experience translating business problems into analytical solutions and recommendations Proven ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights Experience measuring business performance through KPIs and reporting Revenue Operations, Revenue Cycle, Commercial Operations, or healthcare experience Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools Experience evaluating technology implementations and quantifying business impact Consulting background Forecasting and financial modeling experience
