📍 Location: North Bay Medical Arts Building | New Port Richey, FL
🏥 Facility: BayCare Health System, Heart And Vascular NBH-BMG
🕒 Shift: Days | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
📅 Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
📄 Status: Non-Exempt
📆 Weekend Work: None
📞 On Call: No
🏠 Remote Work: Not eligible (Onsite only)

Role Overview
As an RN within the BayCare Medical Group , you will support the physician's office healthcare team by utilizing the nursing process, clinical standards, and established protocols to help manage and coordinate patient care. This position requires strong clinical judgment, collaboration, and the ability to work independently while supporting providers and other members of the healthcare team.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the physician's office healthcare team

Independently managing a group of patients using the nursing process

Applying clinical standards and established protocols to support patient care needs
-
Collaborating with providers and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
-
Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team
-
Reviewing patient information and coordinating follow-up activities as needed
-
Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation
-
Supporting quality, safety, and compliance standards
-
Utilizing sound nursing judgment to support patient outcomes

Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education
Required:
-
Technical Degree in Nursing OR
-
Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Experience
Required:
- One (1) year of Nursing experience
Preferred:
- One (1) year of Medical Office experience

Licensure / Certification
Required:
- Active Florida RN License
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
