RN AHMG Oncology and Hematology at Lake Nona 10961 Narcoossee Rd, Suite 220, Orlando, FL 32832 Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

  • Documents and reports procedures and assessments in accordance with department policy.
  • Obtains nursing history and evaluates patient behavior and motor skills.
  • Completes admission assessments and assesses for signs of abuse or neglect. Interprets diagnostic data and develops individualized care plans.
  • Verifies physician orders and performs treatments.
  • Administers medications and functions in clinical emergencies.
  • Teaches patients and participates in practice changes.
  • Follows CDC isolation guidelines, demonstrates appropriate use of PPE, performs hand hygiene according to policy, and enforces safety regulations.
  • Acquires patient films, releases films, prints patient records, and files film jackets.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Associate's of Nursing [Required]

Field of Study:

  • Graduate of a school of nursing.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
  • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Preferred]
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Preferred]
  • Neonatal Resuscitation (NPR) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$33.08 - $58.04 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
