Full job description

Practical Nurse (LPN) Clinical/Lab Instructor

Duties: Provide supervision and instruction to adult-level Practical Nursing (LPN) students in clinical and laboratory settings. Hours will be determined based upon enrollment and class schedules.

Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or active enrollment in a BSN program required. Candidates should have recent clinical experience in medical/surgical, rehabilitation, and extended-care settings, including medication administration. Strong customer service skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and public relations abilities are highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred. Must be able to effectively instruct Practical Nursing (LPN) students in laboratory and clinical environments. A pre-employment background check and drug screening may be required.

Location of Position: Utica, NY

Term of Employment: Part-time; potential for Full-time

Salary: $31-$34/Hour

Starting Date: Immediately
