About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager with AI experience to lead strategic initiatives across the Employee Success (ES) portfolio. This individual will drive new products from ideation through delivery, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to shape the future of the employee experience at Salesforce. This is a highly visible role that requires someone who can operate with a strong sense of ownership, communicate with clarity and influence at every level, and take full accountability for the outcomes of their work. What You'll Do Strategic Product Ownership
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning multiple areas of the Employee Success portfolio
- Own the full product lifecycle — from ideation and problem framing through build, launch, and post-launch iteration
- Translate ambiguous, cross-org priorities into clear roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes
- Take end-to-end accountability for your portfolio of work, proactively identifying and resolving risks before they become blockers
Stakeholder & Executive Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, IT, Legal, Design, and other cross-functional partners
- Manage executive-level stakeholders confidently — framing trade-offs, presenting recommendations, and securing alignment on strategic direction
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on the strategy and status of key initiatives
Communication & Influence
- Communicate clearly and persuasively across all levels of the organization, from engineers to executives
- Influence outcomes without direct authority, aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared vision
- Produce clear, concise written materials — from BRDs to executive updates — that drive decisions
Delivery Execution
- Partner with engineering, design, and vendor teams to deliver new products and features on time and with high quality
- Drive requirements gathering, prioritization, and UAT across initiatives
- Continuously evaluate progress against goals and adjust plans as priorities evolve
What We're Looking For
- 4–6+ years of product management experience
- Proven experience delivering new products from ideation to delivery, ideally within HR Tech or a related enterprise function
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience managing executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication and influencing skills — able to build trust and drive alignment across functions and levels
- An ownership mindset, with a track record of taking full accountability for a portfolio of work
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, managing multiple concurrent initiatives, and adapting to shifting priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn strategic goals into actionable plans
Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
