Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $25 - $25 / hour*

What You'll Do as a Logistics And Test Technician:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and shipments

• Pick, pack, and prepare products for outbound shipments

• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required

• Perform functional, mechanical, electrical, or quality tests according to work instructions and specifications

• Record test results and maintain accurate documentation

• Identify, troubleshoot, and report product defects or inconsistencies

• Ensure products meet quality standards prior to shipment

• Coordinate with warehouse, production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues

• Maintain test equipment and ensure proper calibration when required

• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies at all times

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety requirements

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or testing environments preferred

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, specifications, and test procedures

• Experience using hand tools, measurement tools, and test equipment preferred

• Basic computer skills and experience with data entry and documentation

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Background check and Drug test required
