Job Description

A client of Insight Global in the healthcare technology sector is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator to assist with a growing startup company. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to learn how a MedTech company runs from the ground up — hands-on, fast-moving, and never the same day twice. You’ll keep devices moving, patients and providers supported, and the day-to-day of the business running smoothly, splitting your time evenly between the commercial operations and TN Heart Access, our Rural Health Transformation Program initiative in rural Tennessee. It’s a prominent, visible support function there: this person keeps contracts, invoicing, compliance documentation, and device supply moving so the clinical and community teams can stay focused on patients.

  • Support the reprocessing, provisioning, and shipping of our devices, and help keep inventory and supply chain processes running accurately and on time

  • Maintain accurate inventory and lot/serial-level records across all devices in circulation for audit-readiness

  • Support patients and providers — troubleshooting device issues, answering calls, and remotely onboarding patients — and document issues to surface trends that inform process and product improvements

  • Support provider- and patient-facing collateral, event logistics, and growth initiatives, and assist with day-to-day office operations as priorities evolve TN HEART ACCESS (~50% CAPACITY)

  • Manage device logistics and supply for the program, including provisioning, shipping, and inventory across all active counties

  • Assist in troubleshooting, trend analysis, and patient and provider support for program partners and participants

  • Own contracts, invoicing, and vendor coordination

  • Support grant compliance documentation and cost-reimbursement reporting, including adjudication with finance and leadership

Skills and Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a customer-facing role; recent graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Comfortable with ERP/inventory systems, CRM (HubSpot a plus), and Excel; comfort with contracts or vendor coordination is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and process-minded: comfortable with the recordkeeping and follow-through this role’s audit-adjacent work requires
  • Ability to juggle multiple workstreams at once
