Work You'll Do

As a Project - Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for supporting ServiceNow development and integration efforts that enable federal procurement workflows.

  • Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow workflows, automations, scripts, forms, tables, and custom applications that support procurement-related processes

  • Develop and support integrations with systems such as APMS, DFAS, and WAWF using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server capabilities

  • Implement approval routing, escalation logic, data mappings, and synchronization utilities to improve process consistency and data quality

  • Build reports and dashboards that improve operational visibility into workflow activity and performance

  • Troubleshoot defects, support testing and deployment activities, and document technical configurations, enhancements, and solution updates

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, tables, and scripts

  • 2+ years of experience using JavaScript in ServiceNow or a comparable workflow platform

  • 2+ years of experience building integrations using Representational State Transfer (REST), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Integration Hub, or MID Server

  • 1+ years of experience creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow or a comparable platform

  • 1+ years of experience supporting testing, deployment, and defect resolution for enterprise applications

  • Active Secret Clearance Required

  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification

  • 1+ years of experience using MID Server or Integration Hub for system integrations

  • 1+ years of experience implementing approval routing, escalation logic, or workflow automation

  • 1+ years of experience supporting procurement, finance, or order management workflows

  • 1+ years of experience working with federal clients or Department of Defense environments

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,800 to $188,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
