QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree

  • Ability to stay focused on tasks, organize, compare, interpret basic data, and assess problems with guidance
  • Position requires being physically present on the premises during regular company hours or as approved by management

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as printer, telephone, etc.
  • Ability to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Ability to operate lab instrumentation and equipment
  • Ability to lift and move 20 lbs

  • Qualifications including Installation, Operational, and Process/Performance (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Gage Reliability and Reproducibility Studies (GR&Rs)
  • Equipment Design and Sourcing
  • Process Design, Improvement, and Flow
  • Time Studies and Efficiency Studies
  • Creating Work Instructions and Process Specifications
  • Building devices and troubleshooting the assembly line
  • Operator Training and Compliance
