Job Description

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee performance and HVAC company’s efficiency of operations. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, confirm with management. Design instructional materials, evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics and quantitative analysis, modify programs as needed.

Minimum requirement: MS in Mathematics, Statistics, or Education.
