Full job description
Growth LemonLime automates sales and marketing for small businesses. In short, we get them customers, and we do it for them completely hands-off. Doing this is more than promoting our own brand – it’s getting in the trenches to understand every single company and industry we work with to make LemonLime better, constantly. There’s the obvious, which is all critical: outbound, partnerships, content, sales strategies. We also like to go a step above that with our GTM. Bold, weird, occasionally crazy shit that falls flat 95% of the time and changes the world the other 5%. This is not growth engineering. This is growth. We want someone who can execute ideas other companies would never try, with justification for why and a deep understanding of how it aligns with who we are. You might launch a ridiculous stunt, hack distribution in a strange way, help us show up somewhere nobody expects us, find a sales channel that sounds absurd until it works, etc. The bar is not “is this normal?” The bar is “is there any universe where this could work?” What you'll do
- Across industries, understanding outreach channels (email, LinkedIn, socials, the ones you haven’t tried), partnerships, content, events, and the special thing that makes each company unique.
- Plan and execute bold, attention-grabbing, unprecedented ideas designed to highlight our uniqueness.
- Talk to our customers, potential and current, constantly
- Create your own automated workflows for winning engines (we all vibe code now, don’t we?)
You might be a fit if
- You've personally grown product hands-on (not just automating GTM workflows) for consumer or small business
- You naturally think to do things that are unusual, scrappy, eccentric, difficult, or unscalable if they might work.
- When you have a crazy idea, your first instinct is to figure out how to test it — not explain why it can't be done.
- You are highly creative and hands-on. This is far from simply engineering automations.
