Job Description

We are seeking an SAP Analyst to support pharmaceutical manufacturing and warehouse operations by partnering with Process Engineers, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. This role will be responsible for optimizing SAP S/4HANA processes, supporting production execution, managing warehouse operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

Support SAP PP, WM, and EWM processes within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Collaborate with Process Engineers to support Process Order creation, execution, BOM management, and recipe maintenance. Configure and support warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, staging, inventory transfers, and cycle counting. Support integration between manufacturing, quality, warehouse, and third-party logistics (3PL) processes. Participate in SAP S/4HANA and EWM implementation, upgrade, and enhancement initiatives, including WM-to-EWM migrations. Lead system testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing. Develop SOPs, training materials, and user documentation while providing end-user support. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP production and warehouse issues through root cause analysis and process optimization.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of SAP PP/EWM experience within a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and EWM implementations or migrations. Experience supporting process manufacturing operations, including Process Orders, BOMs, and recipes. Strong understanding of warehouse management and inventory control processes. Experience working directly with Process Engineers, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. Proven experience with testing, validation, user training, and production support in GxP-regulated environments. Experience supporting sterile manufacturing
