As a Security Officer Badge Verification in Spanish Fork, UT , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with visitors and team members, and use computer or tablet tools as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, stock rooms, receiving areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.

• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, documenting incidents and notifying appropriate personnel of security-related concerns.

• Support a welcoming retail environment by providing directions, assisting with visitor inquiries, and maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
