Counter - UAS Contract Instructor

Program Summary

KBR’s Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems (MAGS) division delivers mission engineering solutions for critical U.S. Army programs, specializing in aviation and ground systems, integrated air and missile defense, and threat and target systems. Job Summary

MTT Instructors serve as the primary interface to C-UAS students, instructing them in specific C-UAS systems as designated by the Department of War (DoW) customer. Locations of training will be CONUS and OCONUS in support of Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) Mobile Training Team (MTT) program supporting DoW, interagency, and Joint Force customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must possess an active Secret DoW security clearance

  • Must be able to obtain TS clearance if necessary.

  • Must be able to maintain the required clearance.

  • Prior honorable military service.

  • Experience planning and scheduling training events.

  • Ability to travel extensively (CONUS and OCONUS) and on short notice.

  • Must be located in the vicinity of Ft. Sill.

Preferred Qualification

  • Formal military instructor experience and certification.

  • Experience operating C-UAS systems.

  • Understanding of C-UAS or Air Defense doctrine and employment principles.

  • Base Defense Operations Center experience (BDOC).

  • Certification to operate Group 1 and Group 2 UAS.

  • Curriculum development experience.

Travel Requirement: Extensive CONUS and OCONUS travel required.
