Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Manager of Information Technology to join our growing team in the greater Elmira, NY area. This leadership role will partner with the Director of Information Technology to oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, vendor management, and staff development. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for building efficient and secure technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Help Desk operations and IT support functions
  • Manage systems administration, infrastructure, and technology security
  • Oversee vendor relationships, technology inventory, and budgeting
  • Support regulatory compliance and audit readiness
  • Lead IT projects and strategic technology initiatives
  • Train, mentor, and develop IT team members
  • Support hardware, software, virtual environments, and network systems
  • Collaborate with leadership on long-term technology planning

Skills and Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Computer Technology or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Information Technology experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills
  • Experience supporting enterprise hardware, software, and infrastructure environments
  • VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Exchange, and Remote Desktop Services
  • Microsoft, Checkpoint, or networking certifications
  • T-SQL, Visual Studio, and Cisco technologies
