Location: Community Hospital of Stokes

PRN Schedule - on call weekend rotation as well as weekday coverage when needed

Your Role:

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll be at the forefront of patient care—providing expert medication management, collaborating with physicians, and driving clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pharmaceutical care in accordance with evidence-based practices

  • Monitor drug therapies for safety and effectiveness

  • Educate patients and healthcare professionals

  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee (FPGEC) Certification. PharmD, preferred.

  • Experience : Postgraduate year 1 residency or fellowship OR two years of experience as a registered pharmacist in health system pharmacy, preferred.

  • Licensure/Certification: Current Pharmacy licensure in appropriate state(s) or must be completed within 30 days of start date by either examination or reciprocity, required. Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification, preferred.

  • Additional Skills (required): Other duties as outlined in Novant Health and facility specific policies and procedures. Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed. Ability to work as part of a high performing, change ready and resilient team.
