Job Description:
The People Development Partner is responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating learning, leadership, and professional development programs at the SSC that strengthen organizational capability and support Team Member growth. Working in partnership with the Director of Organizational Development and the Leadership Development Manager, this role creates development frameworks, performance development tools, and succession planning processes that enable leaders and Team Members to achieve their full potential. The role serves as a supporting partner in learning and development, leadership development, career growth, and talent practices for the SSC. The People Development Partner partners closely with the People & Culture Business Partner, who helps implement and sustain development initiatives through ongoing partnership with leaders and Team Members.
Primary Responsibilities Learning & Leadership Development
- Partner in the design and facilitation of leadership development programs and learning experiences for SSC.
- Assess organizational development needs and recommend learning solutions for evolving and experienced leaders.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve offerings.
Team Member Development
- Create development frameworks, tools, and resources that support Team Member growth.
- Partner in the design of career pathing and professional development resources.
- Develop individual development planning processes and materials.
- Partner in the development of internal mobility and career growth initiatives.
Talent & Succession Programs
- Partner in designing and maintaining talent review and succession planning processes.
- Create tools and resources to support development discussions.
- Assist leaders in identifying readiness, potential, and development opportunities.
- Monitor organizational capability needs and recommend development solutions.
Performance & Organizational Development
- Design performance development resources and support processes that encourage continuous feedback and growth.
- Support change management and organizational development projects.
- Analyze people data and recommend strategies that strengthen organizational capability.
Experience
- 3-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience designing and facilitating learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Experience leading or supporting leadership development programs.
- Experience creating development resources, learning materials, and development frameworks.
- Experience supporting talent review, succession planning, performance management, or career development processes.
- Experience partnering with leaders to identify development needs and implement solutions.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
