Description

The Acute Care Clinical Pharmacist II applies their advanced knowledge, skills, critical thinking, and experience to serve as the therapeutic consultant in areas that include rational and appropriate use of medication and the provision of clinical pharmacy services.

Required Qualifications:

  • PharmD: Doctorate of Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy

  • Washington Pharmacist License upon hire

  • Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties upon hire

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable upon hire

  • 2 years of PGY1 residency training and 1 year of experience within relevant practice setting -OR- a minimum of 3 years of acute care setting (in lieu of residency training)

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
