Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Licensure Specialist to sit in the Corporate Legal Department of a national, publicly traded healthcare company, supporting its Amerita business line - a specialty infusion services provider delivering complex pharmaceutical products and clinical services to patients outside the hospital setting. This person will prepare, submit, track, renew, and maintain service licenses supporting Amerita operations, and serve as the primary resource for administrative matters tied to Amerita licensure. Day to day includes working directly with state and local agencies on application status, deficiencies, approvals, and renewals; maintaining accurate legal entity and licensure documentation; keeping Legal Department databases and tracking tools current; and monitoring due dates so nothing lapses and business operations aren't interrupted. They'll coordinate with Amerita business partners to collect ownership/officer info, certificates, signatures, and payments needed to complete filings, and escalate deadline risks to Licensure & Enrollment leadership. BrightSpring won't officially take over Amerita until the first of 2027, so they want someone in seat ASAP to begin training.

  • Experience supporting multi-state healthcare operations
