GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
StructureCare is a growing, engineering-led parking structure management company committed to delivering safe, sustainable, and innovative solutions. As part of our Centers of Support, the Operational Readiness Manager owns the execution and sustained performance of the StructureCare Repeatable Model across every territory and region. The role is accountable for onboarding, workforce capability development, operational readiness, role-based learning, change execution, territory coaching, readiness and compliance review, and reinforcement of operational standards. It converts approved standards and processes into consistent behavior, protects the consistency of the StructureCare brand and client experience across all locations, and delivers measurable business results.
The Operational Readiness Manager partners closely with system and process owners as well as territory and regional leaders to translate approved standards into effective learning experiences, and to ensure coworkers are trained, reinforced, and supported to perform their roles consistently throughout their tenure, not only at hire. This role does not author system configurations or process standards. It owns whether those standards are taught, executed, measured, and sustained in the field, and it owns the readiness data and corrective action planning that follow.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:
EDUCATION
-
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Construction Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline preferred.
-
Equivalent combination of education, operational leadership, workforce development, and related experience will be considered.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
-
7-10 years of experience in workforce development, operational training, organizational effectiveness, coaching, field leadership, or operations management, including experience accountable for results across multiple locations.
-
Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence leaders and coworkers without direct reporting authority, manage resistance, and create alignment while maintaining credibility. This is the central requirement of the role.
-
Experience designing and delivering onboarding programs, role-based training, career path and promotion readiness criteria, and workforce capability development initiatives.
-
Experience conducting operational reviews or field audits against defined standards, reporting findings to leadership, and driving corrective action to closure.
-
Demonstrated success leading organizational change and driving execution of new processes, systems, or operational standards through to sustained adoption.
-
Experience designing and administering functional skills assessments used to identify development needs and promotion readiness.
-
Experience working within a geographically dispersed, remote, and field-based organization.
-
Ability to translate operational procedures, playbooks, and business processes into practical learning and development solutions.
-
Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, from field crews to senior leaders.
-
Experience identifying performance or capability gaps and developing targeted improvement plans with measurable outcomes.
-
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple territories simultaneously.
-
Construction, engineering, building services, industrial services, or other project-based operational experience preferred.
