Entry-Level Furniture Installer

Twin Cities Metro Area | $19-$20/Hour | Full Benefits | Paid Training

Are you looking for a hands-on career where you can learn valuable skills and grow with a company? We are seeking Entry-Level Furniture Installers to join our team assembling office furniture and workstations for businesses throughout the Twin Cities area.

No construction experience required! If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble office furniture, cubicles, desks, and workstations

  • Load, unload, unpack, and organize materials at customer job sites

  • Use hand and power tools, including drills, screwdrivers, and wrenches

  • Read and follow blueprints and installation instructions

  • Work alongside experienced installers and receive on-the-job training

  • Travel to project sites throughout the Twin Cities metro area

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience using hand or power tools (work-related, hobbies, DIY projects, automotive repairs, etc.)

  • Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn

  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs on a regular basis

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic

  • Interested in a long-term career opportunity

Schedule

Monday-Friday

  • Start Time: 7:00 AM

  • Typical Work Week: 45-50 Hours

  • End Time Varies Based on Project Completion

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
