Job Description A site engineer plans, designs and constructs civil engineering projects such as buildings, roads, bridges and dams. Their responsibilities include monitoring construction progress, adherence to safety regulations and managing the project within budget and time constraints.

Civil / Site Design Engineer Position Type: Full Time Department: Warrington, PA Salary Range: $75,000 to $100,000 annually

Position Description: A great opportunity to be a key team member in the Planning and Site Design Department. The Civil/Site Design Engineer will design a wide variety of projects ranging from small to large projects in the residential, commercial, educational, etc., categories. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing and developing site design (from conception through final approval), stormwater management, grading, erosion and sedimentation control, site investigation, and researching state and local design standards. This position involves both drafting and designing your own work. Qualifications Requirements:

  • PA P.E. Preferred
  • E.I.T. Required
  • 4 - 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Must have proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Land Development and Site Design experience
  • Stormwater Management, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control, and Utility Design
  • Regulatory Permitting (NPDES) and Zoning approvals
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
