Job Description

  • Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TAT
  • Conduct semi-annual performance reviews, interview applicants, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, evaluate succession plans in preparation for growth
  • Perform work for both routine and non-routine work as specified by separate and applicable technical job description for individual
  • Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvements
  • Troubleshoot and solve both instrumental and method issues
  • Lead and write investigations independently, establish root cause and robust CAPA
  • Support and drive LEAN initiatives and operational improvements
  • Perform all functions in support of and in compliance with all state and federal employment regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related degree concentration and at least 4 years of laboratory experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday through Thursday, 2pm - 12am. 4x10 schedule, with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Portage, MI are encouraged to apply. Excellent full time benefits including
