Change Management - Project Manager

Job Description

A large semiconductor manufacturing company is seeking a Change Management Project Manager to join their team. This person will be responsible for overseeing a project where they are currently in the discovery phase of a migration from a custom application operating on MS PowerApps into salesforce. This resource will help to plan, lead and execute organizational change initiatives that support business transformation and project delivery. They will be partnering with business leaders, project teams, stakeholders and end users to build readiness, drive adoption, and sustain the intended business outcomes. This is a 6-month contract position and a remote role working EST hours.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, organizational development or a relates discipline
• 5+ years of experience in project management, change management, business transformation or a related field
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations or complex business process changes
• Working knowledge of change management approaches and project delivery approaches such as Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, translate complex information for varied audiences, and influence without direct authority
• PMP, Prosci Change Management, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe or comparable certification
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, CRM, ERP or related transformation programs
• Experience developing change impact assessments, communication materials, training plans, adoption dashboards, and executive presentations
