Industrial Sawmill Laborers | Earn Up to $24.36/Hour
Pay: $22.36/hr Days | $24.36/hr Nights
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Monday-Friday
Location: Ashland, ME
Looking for a job where reliability matters more than experience? We're hiring Industrial Sawmill Laborers in Ashland for long-term opportunities that can lead to permanent employment in as little as 2-3 months. What You'll Be Doing

Handling, sorting, and stacking lumber throughout the shift

Supporting sawmill operations and production flow

Operating and assisting with production equipment

Monitoring products for quality and safety standards

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Working in varying industrial conditions, including dust, noise, and changing temperatures
What We're Looking For

Ability to perform physically demanding work during 12-hour shifts

Ability to lift and move materials throughout the day

Reliable transportation

Strong attendance and punctuality

Availability for occasional weekend work

Safety-first mindset and willingness to follow PPE requirements
