  • Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and successful milestone achievement.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support go-live planning, cutover activities, and post-implementation hypercare.
  • Foster accountability across project teams and proactively escalate blockers when necessary.
  • Act as a strong project leader who can influence stakeholders and keep teams aligned on priorities.

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

  • Prior ownership of UAT planning and execution activities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a proactive, results-driven approach.

  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Epicor ERP, Epicor CMS, or Epicor modernization initiatives.

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or aftermarket operations.

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or related project management certification.
