Agent in Training Ben Charney Agency | Farmers Insurance Grand Rapids, MI Full-Time | Monday–Friday Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses The Ben Charney Agency is looking for a motivated Agent in Training to join our growing Grand Rapids team. If you’re driven, coachable, and enjoy working with people, we’ll provide the training and support to help you build a successful insurance career. No insurance experience is required. What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing clients

• Connect with prospects through leads, referrals, and outbound calls

• Prepare quotes and recommend insurance solutions based on each client’s needs

• Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance

• Follow up consistently and work toward individual and agency sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to be coached

• Self-motivation, dependability, and consistent follow-up

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required

• A current Property and Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain one
