  • Maintain solution documentation and change logs.

Qualifications

  • Strong willingness to learn and systematically understand business systems and processes.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users.

  • Comfortable working with data in tables, spreadsheets, and business applications.

  • Ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with scripting/programming (Python, JavaScript, or C#), SQL, or data analysis preferred.

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or other CRM/business applications preferred.

  • Familiarity with Power Automate, model-driven Power Apps, Dataverse, or Dynamics 365 preferred.

  • PL-900 certification or willingness to obtain it within the first 12 weeks preferred.

  • Experience in healthcare, human services, or another regulated environment preferred.

  • Knowledge of process documentation, business analysis, APIs, data pipelines, or ETL concepts preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
