Technical Program Manager

Job Description

The Technical Program Manager will support the launch and execution of a large-scale data center infrastructure program, partnering across engineering, operations, logistics, construction, product, and site teams to drive successful delivery. This individual will build and manage program schedules, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate program reviews, and drive action items through completion. They will be responsible for tracking key milestones, managing dependencies, identifying risks, and providing regular updates to leadership. The TPM will help ensure alignment across teams while driving execution from planning and design through deployment and operational readiness. This role is highly execution-focused and requires someone who can operate with urgency, navigate ambiguity, and proactively remove blockers to keep programs moving forward.

Skills and Requirements

• 5-10 years of Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Project Engineering experience
• Experience supporting data center, mission-critical infrastructure, or large-scale technical programs
• Strong project scheduling and planning experience, including milestone management, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, logistics, construction, and product organizations
• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, program reviews, and executive updates
• Ability to drive execution and accountability across teams without direct authority
• Experience managing programs through the full lifecycle from planning and design through deployment and delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience identifying, tracking, and resolving program risks and issues
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly dynamic environments
• Electrical, Mechanical, Construction Management, or Engineering background
• Experience as a Project Engineer, Construction Project Manager, Owner's Representative, or Infrastructure TPM
• Data center construction experience
• Experience supporting infrastructure deployment or expansion programs
• Familiarity with design documentation, engineering deliverables, and construction processes
• Experience working with logistics, supply chain, or deployment teams
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and program status updates
• Familiarity with mission-critical facility environments
