Job Description

AI adoption is becoming increasingly important across the program, but the team currently lacks a dedicated AI expert. The organization needs someone who can:

  • Drive AI strategy and implementation
  • Help developers leverage AI-enabled tools
  • Build AI-powered process automation capabilities
  • Introduce AI governance and testing methodologies
  • Prevent hallucinations and ensure reliable outputs
  • Evaluate and select emerging AI technologies

Skills and Requirements

Education & Clearance

  • Active Top Secret Clearance

  • Bachelor's Degree Professional Experience

  • 10+ years of software development experience

  • Senior-level engineering background

  • Experience developing enterprise applications Technical Skills Strong experience in:

  • C#

  • Java

  • Python

  • TypeScript Experience with:

  • API development

  • Backend services

  • Front-end development

  • Cloud-based architectures

  • Modern software engineering practices AI Experience Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  • LLM integrations

  • AI-powered applications

  • Agentic workflows

  • Model orchestration

  • AI evaluation frameworks

  • Prompt engineering and governance

  • AI-assisted software development
