Health & Safety Manager

📍 Cheyenne, WY

PAY: $75k-84k (DOE)

SHIFT: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Some schedule flexibility required based on business needs. On-call for emergencies approximately twice per month.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Manager to support safety operations at a warehouse connected to a Data Center Campus in Cheyenne, WY. This position is responsible for implementing safety programs, ensuring OSHA compliance, conducting training, and promoting a strong safety culture throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Implement company health and safety programs, policies, and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between employees and management regarding safety concerns.

  • Provide health and safety guidance and technical support to employees.

  • Coordinate and deliver safety training programs.

  • Maintain training records and documentation through the Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses and recommend corrective actions.

  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.

  • Track hazards, near misses, and incidents within the Safety Management System (SMS).

  • Present safety metrics and recommendations to leadership.

  • Facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Health & Safety, EHS, or related role.

  • OSHA 10 Certification required.

  • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.

  • Experience with incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety training.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Experience in any industry is welcomed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Cheyenne, WY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $74000.00 - $84000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
