Full job description

Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager located in the Jacksonville, NC area. This individual will utilize their HR knowledge to handle complex issues and administration for this account.

Main responsibilities will be to support the employee life cycle, including training, employee relations, recruiting support, and educating managers on policies procedures. The HR Manager will support our food operations for the USMC-E Region.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $64600 per year - $83600 per year
