Right at Home is seeking dependable, compassionate Home Health Aide to provide companion and personal cares to our clients in Iowa City, North Liberty, Lone Tree and surrounding areas. Companion care includes light housekeeping, laundry assistance, transportation, medication reminders, meal preparation and participating in activities the client enjoys like puzzles or games. Clients may also need assisted walking, transfers, and exercises. Personal care includes help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. There is no level of experience or training required as we provide a training and mentoring program to help you be successful.
We are looking for PM help and Weekend Am and PM hours!!!!
Compensation and Benefits for a Home Health Aide:

Competitive Pay- $18-$20/hour depending on the type of client and work setting

Requirements of a Home Health Aide:

Valid Driver’s License

Proof of Car Insurance

Pass Background Check

Ability to be reliable and dependable

Desire to care for older adults, keeping them safe and independent in their homes
Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide:

Provide personal cares- showers, dressing, assisted walking, transfers
-
Assist with feeding, medication reminders, meal planning
-
Follow agency policies, procedures, and protocols

Provide companionship and engaging activities as appropriate

Provide transportation as needed
