Occupational Therapist (OT) - School Setting
?? Maricopa, AZ
?? Start Date: August 26, 2026
? 40-Week Contract | 40 Hours per Week
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to support an elementary school caseload in Maricopa, AZ. The OT will perform student evaluations, develop treatment plans, provide therapy services, and maintain documentation in accordance with each student's plan of care.
Requirements

Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Arizona (or ability to obtain)

AZ DOE OT Certification
-
Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPCC)
-
CPR/First Aid Certification
-
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Pay & Compensation
? Local OT: $60/hour
? Travel OT: Estimated $2,200/week package

$24/hour taxable rate
-
$800/week housing stipend
-
$440/week meals & incidentals stipend

Minimum Requirements:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice

One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred

Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
