Job Description

We’re seeking a Software Engineer with hands-on Acumatica ERP development experience for a fully remote, permanent position.

In this role, you'll develop and enhance a leading-edge healthcare supply chain and distribution platform using Acumatica ERP. The team has embraced AI-assisted development tools to help accelerate parts of the coding and problem-solving process, while engineers continue to build and customize solutions across code-level, low-code, and no-code development within Acumatica.

The organization’s proprietary platform helps ensure customers have the critical products they need, when they need them, through advanced automated and assisted ordering capabilities and integrations with customer systems.

As part of a small, collaborative development team, you will create, enhance, integrate, and troubleshoot the core Acumatica functionality that supports day-to-day business operations.

You will work with a tech stack that includes C#, .NET, Acumatica, SQL Server, Babelway, AWS, Git, and AI-assisted development tools.

What You’ll Do

  • Design software solutions that meet customer needs and support core business operations
  • Develop, customize, configure, and support solutions within Acumatica ERP
  • Build code-level Acumatica customizations and enhancements using C# and .NET
  • Integrate Acumatica with internal applications and third-party platforms
  • Develop, test, deploy, support, configure and manage software solutions
  • Analyze and resolve issues across multiple platforms
  • Describe complex technical information to non-technical colleagues and customers
  • Collaborate within an agile development team, including QA and product management

Skills and Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional C# software engineering experience
  • 1+ years of hands-on Acumatica ERP customization and configuration experience, including code-level customizations
  • Experience developing and supporting REST APIs and third-party system integrations
  • Experience with ERP-driven business processes, ideally supply chain, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or finance
  • Solid SQL skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience with AWS, cloud infrastructure, automated testing, and DevOps tools
  • Acumatica ISV or VAR experience
  • Acumatica certifications and/or badge coursework
  • Experience supporting Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procurement, Inventory, or Warehouse workflows
  • Experience with EDI integrations, including platforms such as Babelway
  • Experience with HighJump or similar enterprise-grade Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
