Amcor is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by monitoring product quality, food safety, and compliance standards. This role works closely with production teams to ensure products meet customer specifications while supporting our commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Perform product inspections and quality testing throughout production.

  • Monitor manufacturing processes and identify quality concerns.

  • Maintain quality records and documentation.

  • Manage non-conforming material and product hold activities.

  • Verify corrective actions and support root cause investigations.

  • Support food safety, GMP, and quality system requirements.

  • Assist with audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

  • Basic computer proficiency.

  • Manufacturing or quality experience preferred.

  • Experience in plastics, packaging, food safety, or QA environments is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

  • Ability to perform detailed visual inspections.

The starting rate of pay for this position is expected to be $19.00 per hour; however, starting pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience between $19.00 per hour and $23.50 per hour.
