The Learning & Talent Development Coordinator supports talent development initiatives across WGNSTAR and ABM's Semiconductor business, including apprenticeship programs, talent mobility, learning content support, LMS coordination, and workforce development efforts. This role partners with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Talent Development, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support program coordination, communication, alignment, and progress tracking across key initiatives. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while working effectively across teams.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Office-Based (Hybrid work schedule is available at the discretion of the manager)
Location: This role may work from our Chandler, AZ, or Tempe, AZ office.
Position Type: Contract (up to 6 months); candidates will be expected to work 30-35 hours per week.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Apprenticeship Program Support

Support the development and coordination of nationwide apprenticeship programs for our semiconductor industry group in collaboration with industry partners and external programs

Help organize project plans, meetings, documentation, and follow-up related to apprenticeship efforts

Track milestones, activities, and updates connected to program development and implementation

Assist with communication and coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners
-
Support reporting, presentation materials, and related documentation
Talent Mobility Support

Coordinate efforts that support internal talent mobility processes to identify team members for potential training into semiconductor career pathways

Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, operations, and L&TD stakeholders to support alignment on process steps, priorities, and follow-through
-
Help organize information related to role pathways, training readiness, and team member movement
Learning Coordination and Stakeholder Support

Support ongoing collaboration and integration efforts with internal stakeholders

Help maintain visibility and alignment across shared talent development priorities
Content and LMS Support

Support the development, formatting, and organization of learning content, training materials, and related communications
-
Help maintain learning resources and materials so content stays current, organized, and accessible
Project and Administrative Support
-
Maintain dashboards, trackers, and project documentation for priority initiatives
-
Monitor deadlines, action items, and status updates across projects
-
Prepare summaries and materials for leadership discussions and internal updates
-
Help ensure project information is organized, current, and accessible

Coordinate meetings, action items, timelines, and follow-up across multiple workstreams
Requirements:

High School Diploma / GED
-
Self-motivated and collaborative
-
Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and follow through on deliverables

Experience maintaining trackers, dashboards, reports, or project documentation
-
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
-
Detail-oriented and dependable
-
Comfortable working across various functions and levels
-
Agile and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferences:

Some college, relevant work experience, or transferable experience
-
Experience supporting apprenticeship programs, learning content, or LMS-related processes
Physical Effort/Activities: On a continuous basis will work in an office environment, sit at desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer telephone and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
